The great thing here is that you will end up with turkey drippings to make some gravy. You can make the gravy right in the Instant Pot using the Saute setting. Very handy and all done in one pot, which is my favorite thing because theres only one pot to clean.

I love to add half and half to my gravy to make it;creamier;but thats totally up to you. However, you will end up with the most incredible gravy because as the turkey cooks you get all those juices dripping to the bottom of the instant pot; nothing gets wasted.

*Pro Tip: The USDA recommends 145°F , but in my opinion, it is okay if it is above 142°F because some restaurants take the pork tenderloin out at roughly 140°F .

If the temperature is off by more than 6°F, quickly close the lid, then let the residual heat in Instant Pot to cook the pork tenderloin for a few more minutes.

For reference, one of our thicker pork tenderloin record at 128°F , then it went up to 145°F in roughly 5 minutes.

Our first pork tenderloin recorded at 143°F , then jumped to 150°F after resting for 3 minutes.

Our second pork tenderloin recorded at 146°F , then jumped to 154°F after resting for 3 minutes.

Remove and place pork tenderloin on a chopping board.

After resting for 3 minutes, slice Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin with a sharp knife into bite-size medallions .

The cook time on an Instant Pot Turkey Breast depends on the weight and the thickness. Theres no one-size fits all turkey breast cooking time!

If youre cooking a bone in turkey breast, the weight of the turkey breast generally determines the cook time.

Generally, I use a 30 minute cook time with a 10 minute natural pressure release to cook a 6-pound bone-in, skin-on turkey breast. A 3 to 4 pound bone-in turkey breast has a 25 minute cook time, and a 4 to 5 pound turkey has a 27 minute cook time.

If youre cooking a boneless turkey breast, the thickest part of the breast will determine the cook time.

Boneless breasts can vary in shape. If your turkey breast is long and skinny, your cook time will be less. However, if your breast is more rounded, youll need a longer cook time.

For a general start time, I use a 30 minute cook time with a 10 minute natural pressure release on a round, 3-pound boneless, skinless breast.
