To make this more special we are sharing some tips and tricks to get the best-reheated rotisserie chicken. Try to follow them if you want the best out of it-
- Before putting the chicken pieces into the fryer, take out the fryers basket and put foil paper or baking dish sheet and then the chicken pieces on it. It wont let you worry about stains or burn marks on the fryer.
- If you dont have any foil paper then try brushing or spraying oil on the grills and chicken pieces a little to enjoy crunchy and crispy air fryer chicken.
- Maintain your fryer more often. Cleaning and maintaining also affect the food taste.
- Change the oil of the basket every few months if you use it for a deep-fry.
- You can remove the bones from the chicken and store them in the fridge. It can help the meat to freeze fast and can also taste delicious when itll be reheated.
Make Sure You Freeze In A Cube Shape
Instead of freezing your foods flat in a freezer;bag , use a round container for freezing your food.
Be sure to use one that would fit inside your Instant Pot, so the shape and size of the frozen brick are right for later.;Either freeze the food right in the bowl, or freeze inside a freezer bag that you put inside the bowl.
I like the round 4-cup and 7-cup Pyrex bowls;to minimize our use of plastic.

How To Reheat Food With Instant Pot: Steaming
For dishes that have a considerable amount of water content, you can reheat it by using the Steam function. Simply place the food that you want to re-heat into the inner pot , close lid, turn the venting knob to sealing and press the Steam button.
As far as how long you want to steam it for, this depends on what type of food youre reheating. For example, youll want to steam frozen foods for a bit longer compared to something like a leftover stew. Once the steaming is complete and the cooker has beeped, release the pressure. If the food is still not fully re-heated, simply add additional time.
Tip: Remember, steaming works the best when there is liquid present in the dish.

Learn How To Reheat Food With An Instant Pot In This Easy To Follow Tutorial With These Simple Tips And Steps You Can Heat Up Food Without Having To Use A Microwave
Recently, I started reheating my food more traditional ways: an oven, a toaster oven, on the stovetop, and with an instant pot. My kitchenette doesnt have a microwave. Adjusting to these other ways of reheating food has revealed how impatient I am. But slowly, I am learning to embrace these techniques and enjoy them. One of my favorite ways to reheat food now is with my instant pot.
Though a lot slower than a microwave, these other ways of reheating food has helped me to cook more, even when I am reheating. As someone mainly cooking for myself most days, this is a great way for incorporating more home cooked meals without making a huge amount of food each time or have to meal plan every day. The instant pot is amazing at keeping a steady temperature. In this tutorial, I will show you the best and worst foods to reheat using an instant pot and exactly how to do it.

The Size Of The Instant Pot Is Important
Keep in mind, reheating 1 portion of cold soup will not take as long as it will take to reheat a full turkey or chicken dinner. When you hear your friends and family talking about how they can reheat their food in an instant pot in 10 minutes or less, you should know that they are probably not having the same meal as yourself.
A few examples of heating foods in an instant pot:
- A small portion of soup and sauce takes 1 minute
- A dish of frozen pasta cooked in an instant pot will take 6 minutes
- A dish of frozen pasta cooked in a pot inside the instant pot can take 26 minutes
- A whole chicken frozen with veggies can take up to 30 minutes
- A frozen vegetable curry dish cooked in the instant pot will take 2 minutes
- A frozen vegetable curry dish cooked in a pot inside the instant pot can take 20 minutes
The size of the serving is what matters the most.
If you have food frozen in a silver foil container, simply placing it in the steamer shelf of the instant pot will allow the food to heat in no time despite the fact that you just took it out of the freezer. On the other hand, if you have a large dish of pasta frozen in a deep glass dish, it can take it at least 26 minutes to heat.

Which Instant Pot Is Best For Mexican Shredded Beef
This recipe is made with the Instant Pot Duo Plus 6QT but it also works really well in the Crock-Pot Express.;
The main difference between the two is that the Crock-Pot Express comes with a nonstick ceramic liner pot and the Instant Pot does not.
Fortunately, you can also get a ceramic liner pot for the Instant Pot. This makes cleaning a breeze and the beef will not stick.
You can also make this recipe in the larger Instant Pot 8QT or the smaller Instant Pot 3QT.
You might have to test especially with the larger 8QT to see if the amount works the same as mentioned in the recipe.;
Im certain other brands pressure cookers will work just as well.;
The Instant Pot is great because it not only cut the cooking time of beef stew recipes in half but you can set and shred.
Walk away and go do something else. By the time the pressure cooker beeps the beef is done.
It is soft, moist, juicy, and tender. Everything you want for this shredded beef.

Should I Replace A Microwave With An Instant Pot
Considering everything thats been said above, one things for sure- the Instant Pot can easily be used to re-heat a variety of dishes. With that said, can it replace the microwave? The answer to that is, no.
While the multi-cooker is capable of doing what the microwave can- that is, reheat dishes, it doesnt work for all food items. For instance, you wont be able to defrost a frozen pizza with an Instant Pot; nor will you be able to quickly and efficiently heat up a cup of tea.
In addition to that, the re-heating process generally takes longer with an Instant Pot- from having to set the different modes to having to place the dishes properly into the pot .
As versatile as it is, the Instant Pot should not replace a microwave. With that said, theres no harm in making use of both appliances in the kitchen. After all, they both make meal preparation a lot easier in the end.
