    Monday: Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

    • Seasonings: cumin, chili powder, oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder
    • 1 lb lean ground turkey
    • 1 onion
    • 3 sweet bell peppers, any color
    • 1 1/2 cups dry whole wheat rotini pasta
    • 2 cans of no-salt-added diced tomatoes
    • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • optional taco toppings such as salsa, jalapenos, shredded lettuce, Greek yogurt, etc.

    Tuesday: Barbecue Sloppy Joes

    • 6 oz can tomato paste
    • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
    • 4 tsp pure maple syrup
    • 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 lb lean ground turkey
    • 1 green bell pepper
    • 1 small red onion
    • Whatever your going to serve them on: whole wheat buns, lettuce cups, whole wheat pitas, etc.
    • Don’t forget ingredients for any sides! I usually serve some roasted or steamed veggies with these!)

    Wednesday: Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff

    • 1 Tbs butter
    • 1 large white or yellow onion
    • 16 oz sliced cremini mushrooms
    • seasonings: dried thyme and dried dill
    • fresh garlic
    • 3 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    • 3 Tbs sherry wine .
    • 2 1/2 lbs lean beef
    • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
    • 8 oz dry whole wheat egg noodles

    Teriyaki Chicken

    • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    • 1 Tbs sesame oil
    • 1 Tbs rice vinegar
    • 2 Tbs grated fresh ginger
    • 3-4 fresh garlic cloves
    • 1/2 tsp chile garlic paste
    • 2 tsp cornstarch
    • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    • 1 cup canned pineapple
    • Don’t forget ingredients for your sides! I usually do brown rice or cauliflower rice, plus steamed veggies.

    Great For Getting Started But Nutrition Content Lacking

    The app and a few web searches helped to become acquainted with the Instant Pot method of cooking . once I was ready to start recipes, I noticed a problem:NUTRITION INFORMATION IS USELESS- Only lists calories- Lists calories per serving, but NO serving size is given, neither per person nor per total amount made. Also, changing the number of people does nothing except change quantities need in the recipe , but good luck measuring out however much a serving is..- Calories cannot be selected and copied into other apps for health data collection, Once they fix these nutrition content issues and delivery, I will give five stars. The recipe format is great and guides well with timers and such, so thats pretty cool.Now onto making soup.The content of recipes was questionable. Using the example of Broccoli Cheddar Soup by Chop Secrets, that recipe says to sauté a half a stick of butter for 30mins! I was afraid to do this because 1) I wasnt trying to make clarified butter and 2) it just seemed weird. Later, after reading comments about the soup being too salty, noticed that the recipe did not specify to use salted or in-salted butter, and just started wondering.Soup tasted good though, gonna have to try other recipes.. please devs please fix the nutrition info content thx.
