How To Cook Carrots In Instant Pot Pressure Cooker
Wash and slice off the ends of the carrots. Cut the carrots into small chunks around 2-inch size.
You can use potato peeler to scrape off the skin of the carrots if you wish but I do not as I like to retain all nutrients.
Add water in the instant pot and put steamer basket or trivet in the pot.
Put the diced carrots in the steamer basket or trivet then close the instant pot with its lid. Turn the valve into sealing position.
Set instant pot to manual pressure cook high 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes pressure cooking, do a quick release.
Take out carrots and pour in a bowl. If using butter, add on the carrots immediately so it melts into it.
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt

Baby carrots really are the way to go if youre looking for easy. You can get 1 pound bags of them at any grocery store and you can often find 2 pound bags as well! Ive never seen my local stores out of baby carrots so you know you can count on them!
