Using Your Personal Name As The Domain
If this is your first blog and youre not completely sure what you want to blog about, I recommend that you use your personal name.
The reason is that changing your domain later will mean that you have to start over from scratch. There are a lot of mistakes in blogging that can be corrected later having the wrong domain isnt one of them.
Lets say you pick a domain like fitnessfordoctors.com. Then after six months, you realize youd rather be doing personal finance blogging for doctors. Youd need to get a new domain and start over from scratch.
Personal domains are much more flexible its just a name after all. So if you jump categories after a few months, its not a big deal. Take down any old content thats not relevant with your new direction, start posting new content, and youre good to go.

However, if youre serious about creating a blog thats more than just a hobby, spend the bit of extra time and money to create a self-hosted blog. It looks far more professional and trustworthy.
You also have complete control with a self-hosted blog, which youll appreciate down the line when you want to customize things .
It used to be that you had to buy your domain name separately from your web hosting. Now, however, you can get them from the same place at the same time. Buying them separately is still an option, but its so much easier to get them together .
Note to your wallet: This is the only part of the process that will cost you any money. Good web hosting isnt free.
However, it doesnt have to be that costly, either.
There are tons of hosting options shared hosting, VPS accounts, dedicated servers, etc.
When youre starting out, however, I recommend just getting the basic .

To upload your own premium theme that you may have purchased from sites like Themeforest or MyThemeShop, you simply do the following
APPEARANCE > THEMES > ADD THEME > UPLOAD THEMES ( Youll find this at the top of the page next to Add Themes page title.You then upload your theme .zip file just like you would adding an attachment on to an email.
Youll now have a pretty blank looking theme set up and waiting for some love. At this stage you want to fill out all the basics like your logos, social media links and other things.

What Voice And Tone Does Your Blog Use

I usually choose something that looks professional and pretty easy to customize. WordPress also has this awesome feature that allows you to change themes with just a few clicks. So if you start getting tired of your current blog template, you can just switch to another one without losing any precious content or images.
Remember, your blogs design should reflect both you and your personality, but also what the blog is about. Theres no point having a football-orientated theme if your blog is about tennis, understand?
On top of that, it should be easy to navigate if you want people to stick around. If its tricky and difficult to move around it, people wont stay. After all design is a subjective art meaning everyone likes different things.
But no one likes ugly websites, and they especially hate websites that need a university degree to navigate. Make it easy for them.

Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs
BABY, come BACK You asked for it, so youre getting it!
Because the most requested video recipe to come my way was RIBS, and since were in the swing of summer, theres no better time than now to share this with everyone.
And so, I give you BABY BACK RIBS!
It couldnt be easier, and because were cooking these in our fabulous Instant Pot, its fall-off-the-bone style. Were talking the most tender, flavorful, messy and to-die-for ribs they way they should be!
Heres How I Made It!:
Lets start off with some unseasoned/unsauced baby back ribs . You can really use up to two racks if using a 6 qt or three if you use an 8 qt. I get mine from Costco and they come three in a pack for a very reasonable price!
Plus, the membrane is already removed. BUT if you dont have a Costco membership, no worries! Just get however many racks you want from your supermarket and peel off the membrane if its still on it.
You may also want to cut each rack in half for easy removal when done cooking since they will be SUPER tender by that stage.
Lay the ribs in a coil fashion in the Instant Pot.
Now were gonna add the magical ingredients that make these ribs so fall-off-the-bone tender and out of this world. Start with some apple juice.
Then add in some apple cider vinegar
When done cooking, your ribs are going to be super delicate due to how tender the meat has become!
Using two sets of tongs , CAREFULLY transfer the ribs from the IP
to a foil-lined baking sheet.
